accept credit card for manual off line processing

how can i set vm2 to accept credit card info for off line manual processing?

I could sure use this too.

I dug around and found a copy of the attached which was mod'd in 2009 for v1.1.* by dontpanic (like the name!)

well I must be completely missing it, but where do I put any payment gateway info for a.net or other processor?
