[FIXED] Revision 1371, IE bugs

We are continue to work on RTL version of VM 1.1.0 for J1.5

After the switch to ExtJS 2.0.2 the work is much more simplier and the most part of the problems was solved but other problems appeared.

First of all it seems that the developers don't test the component with IE. Neither 7 nor 6 version.

Here are some of them for your attention:

1. All tabs have unnecessary width of 5000px that completely destroy the layout in IE6,7
Our solution:
In file  /js/extjs/css/ext-all.css
Change to:

2. Extended Layout doesn't work in both IE versions. More exactly CSS layers aren't overlapping. Possible reason - incorrect setting of z-indexes

3. Font sizes applied by CSS styles are ignored in Extended Layout in Firefox 2 and default browser styles are used instead.

All of above relevant to both, LTR and RTL versions.

Also there was another issue with FF2 in RTL mode. But meantime I can't confirm that this is a bug.
When working with FF2 in Extended Layout for a few minutes the browser closes spontaneously.

The problem with Tooltip I wrote about in one of my previous posts still exists.

I think there is another issue with RTL language (Tabs are disappearing) would u please check out these posts and verify that this is a bug or not.
