I can't uninstall VM and VM AIO

It was installed VM & VM AIO over a year ago, but only a basic initial installation was done..
The project was then canceled and so VM and VM AIO should be removed but I still get the error:

Code Select Expand

Package Uninstall: Missing manifest file.
Error uninstalling package.

Where can I find a procedure to do this?
