Virtuemart - calendar problem for rules

Virtuemart is probably the only component in the world that has a strange and illogical solution with the calendar.

For example, I want to create a rule with discounts that will work according to the deadline from the 1st to the 10th day. After applying the deadline, it appears that the rule will work from 1 to 11 - this confuses everyone and causes a lot of confusion.

An additional problem is the lack of hours and minutes in the calendar - a big mistake, because not everyone wants rules limited to a full day.  No component or module in Joomla has such a strange solution, and I do not understand why the author created such restrictions?  :o

This calendar in VirtueMart is bugged. It doesn't allow entering a date beyond the year 2030—any value above that automatically changes to 1931. However, the bigger issue is that after setting an end date, there is no option to make the calendar indefinite (i.e., infinite). When I remove the date and save the form, the previously entered value reappears instead of staying empty.
