SMTP error on support website

Hello there I just wanted to report error msg I get when I create ticket on extensions.virtuemart.net . As I do not know if my tickets are reaching the support channel there.

This is just a dummy, mystification, "Milky Way - milk spells" - I don't remember anyone from this place receiving any support. It hasn't happened to me and I don't even look there - it's a waste of time and nerves. Maybe someday it will happen, but not now
