Hello,
I am a beginner.

There is an online shop site using Virtuemart. The customers' orders are listed in the menu (Virtuemart->Orders).

And there is an application to order products. The customers' orders are listed in the menu (Component->VM Orders).

I am not the creator of the site and application! I don't know why the application customers' orders aren't sent to the menu (Virtuemart->Orders)!

Is there any way to transfer or copy any registered orders from the menu (Components->VM Orders) to the menu (Virtuemart->Orders)?

Please help me!

Jörgen

Looks like you are using an extension component.
You should show screenshots if you want people to understand what you mean.

I uploaded screenshots and linked them to this reply and attached them as files, too.

When a customer registers an order via the Site, I can see it in the menu (Virtuemart -> Orders)

But when a customer registers an order via the application, I just can see it in the menu (Components -> VM Orders)

I want to see all orders in one place, for example in the menu (Virtuemart -> Orders).
How can I copy any of the registered orders in the menu (Components -> VM Orders) to the menu (Virtuemart -> Orders)?

Thanks for any help!

What is this application/extension?  "And there is an application to order products."   It is not a standard part of VirtueMart.

Seems that You have some add on component that manages orders. Sorry but this is something you have to take with the author of the extension. This person is the one that should explain how it works. Strange that the previous responsible for you shop didn't explain how everything is meant to be used.

That is an android application. The customers' orders using the android application are listed in the menu (Component -> VM Orders).

Yes, It is a component. The orders submitted via the android application are listed in this component menu (Components -> VM Orders)!

I want to find a way that all orders to be listed in the menu (VirtueMart -> Orders)

At this time, the orders submitted via the site are saved in (VirtueMart -> Orders) and the orders submitted via the android application are saved in (Components ->Orders)

I have no knowledge of the Android application you are talking about. But in my world the Android order application should store orders in the same way that VM natively does. If the Android application does store orders the normal way, the orders will be visible using the normal order view.
Which leads me to the conclusion that ONLY the author of the Android application can help you with this.

if we connected mobile app to VM, we use own custom hooks and VM triggers and seva orders into core VM order list.
If you use other components - contact pls his authors, not VM forum.
