Problem inserting product in the cart

I realized that if I try to put in the cart without being logged in, as a new user, the selected product does not appear in the cart but a different product. Perhaps placed in the cart by another online user simultaneously.
This is a big deal and is ruining our sales.
Maybe it is due to the Joomla cache set like this?

System cache: Yes - moderate single cache

Or is it the server cache?

You should disable the "System - Page Cache" plugin.

Thanks I hadn't noticed that the plugin was active.
At other sites it was distracted.
