Final price (retail)

Hello
I wonder if somehow I can enter the final sale price (retail), not the price to which taxes will be added..
(Ex: I entered the price of 37.82 with a VAT of 19% I have the end of the price 45.0058, which on the site and the invoice is displayed 45.01)
In my accounting program I have only 2 decimals at the price , and when I enter the prices here I start from the final price and the price without VAT is rounded to 2 decimals
Basically, in the example above, I should have a sale price of 45.00, not 45.01.
How can I do that? May ?
I don't know if I explained clearly enough, but if you have other questions I will come back with an addition
