Import orders with customers from csv

Hi,
As the title already says I wanted to hear if anyone has ever build or needed a script or plugin to import orders into VM via a csv file.

We will get a csv file on a daily basis on a ftp server with orders and would like to import these orders into virtuemart.
The csv file would contain the customer information like name adress etc. and also the order lines.

Mainly I would be interested if there are ready solutions available and if not if someone had a problem like this before and also has a ready a part ready solution.
