VM doesn't send order confirmation sometimes

Hello everyone, please help!

The problem is: sometimes managers don't get email order confirmation. It happens maybe one time of 20 orders

Order present if look for it in admin panel

Administrators have different email providers, noone get confirmation if problem happens

I tryed phpmail and smtp mail sending - problem is not solved

I mooved site to differens servers - problem is not solved.

Problem is known  about 4 months. Maybe it was earlier but I didnt see. For this time I always keep actual joomla version. Now it's 3.9.19 and vm 3.2.15

That VM version is very old and does not work correctly with latest Joomla versions (other people have reported problems.

Current VM is 3.8.4  - http://dev.virtuemart.net/attachments/download/1268/com_virtuemart.3.8.4.10335_package_or_extract.zip

Test on a copy of the live site as your template overrides (if you use them) may need updation as well.
