Add related products (at an additional cost) on a project page

I build a nursery site
And there is a part that the client can add to other items related to the cart
3 options

1. Planting mixture - will open pop up and client can chose to add extra to his cart
2. Add planting service + potted plant
3. Gift Box - Greeting Greeting (pop up user insert text)

Do you have any idea how to build something like this? any plugin can help? Or advice on how to develop?

If the product have not to  verify relations and compatibility in cart. You can use the plugin extra-product https://shop.st42.fr/en/products/extra-product.htm.

You can select many layouts and use multiple related list.
