Overall rating extension ??

Looking for something that gives overall rating of my shop, not productbased. Something like Trustpilot who rates shipping, payment, delivery and the customer can give comments, tired of sending money to trustpilot.

Any ideas ??

Have used Trustpilot, it works good, but its not enough value for the money. I want to collect the reviews "myselv" and publish them.
