virtuemart_shipment_plg_weight_countries' doesn't exist issue

Hi Guys

I have been working on this sample website for more than 3 months. I have to present to the company early next week.

For some reason when I'm in the cart and click on CONFIRM PURCHASE, it goes to a 1146 screen with the following error message "__virtuemart_shipment_plg_weight_countries' doesn't exist"

When I initially set-up the store it worked, but now with months of editing etc. I found that it's not working anymore

try reinstalling the weight countries plugin

extract it from the AIO zip, zip just that plugin and install

does the table exist when u look in the DB?

When I go to FileZilla, click on plugins, I can see the files there with today's date.

But there may not be a database entry - did you look in there as advised by GJC?

The website is on PHP 7.1.22 version. Joomla is on 3.8.12. Virtuemart is on 3.4.0

I created the table, but for some reason it is still showing the error.

tried the vm tools table updater?  ..

re-install -- just with the manual Joomla installer?

Install or if necessary update tables

otherwise u need more debugging  .. turn up all debug etc or manually trace what is happening during the call
