VM1 "Membergroup to show prices to" setting

Is the Config option "Membergroup to show prices to" that was available in VM1, still available in VM3?  Is it still set in the Configuration?

Use "Enable shoppergroup specific price display " in relevant shopper group(s) together with a group specific price display plus a general one with no prices entered for each product.

Or if you only want to show prices to logged in shoppers then use template overrides with a logged-in check. Discussed many times.
