Position of Vat amount in the check out cart

Hi all

I have an issue which I don't know how to solve this.  I bought a template from virtuemarttemplates.net.  When I go to checkout the vat amount does not appear in the right column.
According to virtuemarttemplates it is not something which can be solved by them as it is not a problem related to their template.

If you switch template to protostar, does the VAT show correctly?

The third party template seller should update the template. It shows the same issue on their template demo.
