how to synchronize breadcrumb/url for custom filter and virtuemart categories?

I'm new to Joomla/Virtuemart/Customer Filters...
On the "shop" section of the site, when you click on the "shop" menu link you go to this page https://wayuuhammocks.com/en/shop
however when clicking on a specific category, the url changes to /en/results

Is there a way to make it consistent so that when clicking into a category it will say /en/shop/category-name?
