Blank screen after click check out button

I got blank screen after click check out button. My website version is Joomla 3.6.4, Virtuemart 3.

Please check www.laodong.com.au, it's working fine before, I didn't install anything, active and disable any plugins recently, I don't know what's happened. I searched around, but couldn't find solution, please help me, many thanks.

Thanks Jenky, I have followed your instruction, but I couldn't find any error message from both screen and log file. Also I tried to increase php memory, it doesn't help too.

Then install this plugin https://www.rupostel.com/utilities-for-joomla/extensions/fatal-catcher-plugin   I use it a lot to identify caauses of 500/white screen errors.

Thanks Jenkin for your quick reply. I checked all the order have recorded, that mean check out process is working fine, only there are no content on last of check out screen. I may did something to hide the content, but I don't know where, sorry my stupid.
