Is it possible to move one virtuemart set up from one site to another?

Hi Guys,

I have version 2 of VirtueMart running on a site that i no longer use (in fact I reinstalled the site on a spare domain just so i could look at what I had done on it) http://www.corporategolfseries.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_product_id=141&virtuemart_category_id=35&Itemid=865

I wanted to know is it possible to move that version of VirtueMart over to a new site www.vivaasiamagazine.com with all the current settings on the old site?

The new site has VirtueMart 3.0.6.2 already installed on it. Or can I just copy and paste some of the customisation into the new version; if I can locate the correct files?

it is of course possible but u have to get the original to J3/VM3 first

then transfer the database tables and what ever u are calling 'customisation'

You can do that with any backup software for joomla
