Should I put a title to the H1 tag , how can I do ?

Which files can I modify ?

Do you mean the VirtueMart content? If you want to do that it should be done using template overrides. You are using a commercial template which already has overrides so if you cannot find the relevant files as the templare developer. See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=108212.0
