Using Joomla 3.6 with Virtuemart 3.0.16 product title is getting cut off

On my product listing page, the product name is getting cut off. Ex. http://www.pattengraphics.com/index.php/catalog/excel-pro-digital-color-paper
I was seeing if somebody could point me in the right direction? Also, on the producting listing and product detail pages, i would like to remove the image if one isn't uploaded.

The cutoff is being caused by your Joomla template overrides. Using the default VM view shows the full titles:
http://www.pattengraphics.com/index.php/catalog/excel-pro-digital-color-paper?tmpl=component&template=protostar

Ask you template developer about the problem, and as overrides are being used, ask them about your image problem, too.
