product backend page is giving me a error 500

Can anyone help me?

I really don't know what to do.

I am not a professional but i am setting up my site with a virtuemart 3.0.16 version in a joomla 3.5.1 environment. It was recently updated.

Yesterday I was deleting old product pictures in the media file section of virtuemart when suddenly it gave me an error 500 page.

I closed everything.When i opened again the Virtuemart, the media file section was not working properly and not showing any file. Also the product page, in the backend, was not showing any more and it gives me an error 500 page.

If you go to the product frontend page it is blank.

What I can do to fix it? How can I restore the Virtuemart?

I am willing to pay to any help.


BTW, my site is in Portuguese, but i am it will not be a problem to undertand the problem.

you first need to find what is the 500 error before u can fix it..  search all logs etc
or try a tool like https://www.rupostel.com/utilities-for-joomla/extensions/fatal-catcher-plugin
