Default Order Status to send email to vendor Pending

Hi,

i have tried to find a definitive answer to this but I cannot so if this has been fully answered please could you direct me to the right place and accept my apologies.

I would like to receive an email when an order is pending. or at worst an email for every order created.

I know the arguments for both sides but this is what is required so i would appreciate any help in achieving this please.

I am running
Joomla 3.4.8
VM 3.0.12
Redsys TPV payment plugin
VMuikit for layout

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
