[SOLVED]Confirmation mail not sent to the vendor owner but to the customer

HI:

I use VM 3.0.6 + Joomla 3.3.1, have set up "confirmed" and "confirmed by shopper" in Default Order Status to send email to vender.

In this way, when the order is placed, customer do receive the confirm mail but me(as a vender) NEVER receiver any mail? I try different mail but same result.

Any idea?

Just asking my server provider to update the setting and all work!

can you tell us exactly what are you told them and what they did to solve the problem?

I am also interested to know what settings you told them to update. I have the same issue but the email and hosting providers swear nothing is wrong or out of date on their end.
