Can't complete order, because of Missing value for e-mail

Hi,
   Our store doesn't complete the order because it shows "Valor faltante para E-mail" (="Missing value for e-mail").   You try to fill the field again, but it doesn't work.
   As your suggestion, I have used the advanced search mode, but I only found a post which didn't help me.
   My Joomla version is 3.5
   My V.M. version is: 3.0.14
   PHP Version is 5.4.42
