cookie not setup -> add to cart not working

OK, I am not sure where to post this, but I am suffering in silence (not any more) a problem that is getting me crazy:

When a guess adds a product to the cart, everything looks fine (pop-up works and says product has been added) but when going to the cart, no product has been added.

The problem, as I say on the tittle, is that the cookie is not setup. It is not a configuration problem, and not a browser problem neither (I have a test version -www.1001especias.com/test that works perfectly  (I cannot really use it now to update the "online" one, since there are too many changes between both).

Any idea about what can be failing or what can I check -some jquery problem or similar-? (I have a EU-cookie advice on the home that appears not matter how many times you enter the home).

you already posted in VM1.1 about this.. make up your mind.. have you VM1.1 or VM3?
