General terms and conditions of business

Hi there,
I have installed a VMshop (3.0.10) on Joomla 3.4.5 and all is working fine but customers can checkout without accepting the general terms and conditions of business although I have set it up that everyone must accept it.
The next problem is that the general terms are not sent with the ordering mail...
Do you have any idea what i can do about that?
