Was messing with pricing and now i cant check out!!! HELP!

I was messing with what price is shown on the product page via VM 3.0.12.  Configuration > pricing  - Show following prices
I was clicking to see the change refreshing both a product page and a check out page until i got it how i liked it. One last refresh and now i can no longer check out! I did install a few hours ago a contact us form add on but it all worked after i set it up. Hours later of checking boxes i got the config i want. I even undid them and set them back to what i thought was regular and still nothing.

Please help, my webmaster is on vacation and im on my own!
