My question is on the ratings and reviews.  I have it enabled in the back office to shoppers who bought the product.  I am looking for a tutorial or documentation telling me how to work this.  I have checked on your website and it gives me an error not found.  I would like to know how the person reviews the product and rates it and exactly how it works.  http://docs.virtuemart.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=176

1. Your VM install is very out of date and insecure...  why are u using such an old release?

2. the reviews work as you would expect...  the client leaves a review ( u can choose if they have to be registered or bought the product)
If they have bought the product if they are logged in and revisit the product they can leave the review
this can auto publish or require the admin to approve...

I just started this website a month ago.  It is the release that was downloaded from my Joomla extensions.  Is there some tutorials or something to look at that shows how the ratings and reviews works.  It doesn't come up on the Virtuemart website.
I upgraded my Joomla today and my extensions will not come up.  I have tried several times today.  That is where I would upgrade my Virtuemart is this correct?

Check all upgrades first on a copy of the site and make sure you have safe upgrades

I always just upgrade via the normal joomla installer .. have never used the Joomla upgrader thing

latest stable is  http://dev.virtuemart.net/attachments/download/972/com_virtuemart.3.0.10_extract_first.zip

Re reviews.. I really don't know what your asking..  try it.. experiment.. it isn't complex...

Back to ratings and reviews.  I brought up your virtuemart documents looking for a tutorial.   It says it cannot be found.  Do you have any information on how to use ratings and reviews?  Can you add reviews in the back office?  If so how do I do it and how does a customer add a review?

Get in there and try it...  you will then know what to do...
