How to get direct Virtuemart Support from the VM Team

Hi

I have read this subject in the sticky notes but it is locked for comments. I'm wondering is there an average response time from the VM Team that I can expect with an issue. I have waited for a few days now but no response as yet so don't know if I should wait longer or is it just not going to be looked at. Could perhaps some of the support team let me know please.

Thank you for pointing on that, hmm I think that was an accident that it was locked, unlocked it. The normal response time is 1-2 working days (no weekend), it depends on the complexity of the support question.
