Hi,
I justed installed joomla on a brand new server and virtuemart. I tried to add some categories and products in my shop. When I looked on the website I see a warning in the product detail:
Avertissement

Key folder in safepath unaccessible

JFolder::create: Boucle infinie détectée

I don't know what the problem is. I have search on google, but I am not an expert in joomla. So can someone help me? This is the url where the problem occurs: http://www.lederailleur.be/search-result/jeux-en-famille/santa-cruz-detail
thanks

Might be two different problems.
Concerning setting a safe path, see here: https://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=98633.0
Concerning the infinite loop I'm not sure. First I would try to disable one of the jQuery and jQuery UI versions. You are loading two different versions simultaneously. The ones provided by VirtueMart are the newer ones in your case. Perhaps your template is loading the older versions.

I tried to set the safe path like explained in
QuoteConcerning setting a safe path, see here: https://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=98633.0

but it doesn't work for me. Now I have the same message error suggesting to use "/home/lederail/vqsdmfiles/" as safe path. That was the path I put in the safe path, but everytime I save the changes it dissapear and the error message doesn't change.

You need to create the /vqsdmfiles folder manually on the server using your ftp program and set the folder permissions for example to 755 and afterwards enter that folder path into the VM configuration.

I created the folder on my server, juste above the public_html folder where my joomla is installed. I followed the step-by-step tutorial, but it doesn't work.
