Order ready to pick

We did not ship item rather we want email to inform client to pick the order. Is there any way to change statys to pick and email client and then confirm pick on item dispatch

You just setup your order statuses to the way you want it.

You can also setup the order status to notify the customer.

&& you might need to change some language strings to say what you want.
