Remove Tooltips and Titles from buttons, images and links

Hi there,

I've been looking around and can not seem to find the solution for VM3.09

I would like to remove all of the tooltips and titles from all buttons, images and links etc. Please can anyone help me out with this?

Hi,

This need a full overidde of all your tmpl files and remove all values from each product,category,image loops.
