Slow frontend changes HELP!!!!!

Hi,

Currently I'm pulling my hair out as, I'm unable to find a solution.

The problem I'm having is when i make changes to the website within the back-end i.e. add a new product or a new Product Categories it takes 10 mins or so to change on the frontend.

Things we have tried...

1. added a plugin to see if they work i.e. speedbooster
2. Disabled the caching


Could some please help as currently I'm losing the plot!!



We are using Joomla 3.4.1 and VirueMart 3.0.8

speedbooster,.... be sure that you disabled any of these

There is more than one cache. VM-category module is always cached.

Thanks for you quick reply!!!

Ive just updated the VM to 3.0.9 to see if that help and it didn't. We added the speedboster on a trail run to see if it helps last night which it didn't, could you advice me where the cash folders would be....?

On server cache is logically accessible though Joomla's clear cache menu and the files are stored in Joomla's cache directory.

Browser caching is often more of an issue, though.
