Changing the Save text in registration to Continue

Hi,

If you look at www.belfastblooms.co.uk I would like to change the "Save" button text called button vm-button-correct to Continue.  I have attached a screenshot of the button as well.

I have searched around and seen posts on language overrides but nothing specific to the "Save" button.

What do I need to do?
