Ask about this product, only logged in, why?

I 2.0.26d version and do not understand why when I click on the link:
ask about this product
I get the popup and says that I have to be logged.
How do I disable this?
I wish that would work for all and not one that you have to log to the site.,

If you use a more current version of VirtueMart (which you should) then you will have the setting "Allow non logged-in to send a recommendation or ask a question" which is what you are asking for.
