Pay Pal error message "An error with your payment paypal on your store"

Hello,

A user in my site received the following error message:

Hello,
An error with your payment paypal on your store. The details are logged in the file http://shorashim-store.co.il/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=log&task=edit&logfile=paypal.2.log.php

The VirtueMart Team

Log file is empty and the user never made a purchase in my site. how is this possible?

does the logfile exist if you look by ftp?
