how to assign category to shopper group.?

can anyone tell me that how we  assign only category to specific shopper groups. not products .?

I have the same question. I cant find a way to assign a category for a specific shopper group. Is it possible?
I want to have a "hidden" category only visible for one shopper group.

In default VM you can assign products to specific shopper groups, but you cannot assign categories to shopper groups.

I am not aware of a plugin, but then I have never had a need to assign cats to groups.
