How to migrate/upgrade to lates

Our VM Version VirtueMart 2.6.6

Joomla Joomla! 2.5.11

Now we want to move to VM 3 and Joomal 3. What are the steps to migrate? Any tutorial links

Is it simple just upgrade the Joomla using upgrade option then what will VM? i never migrated VM 2 to VM3 so want to knwo its step or tutorial,

Sorry for by bad english, by finding nothing i mean no video tutorial or written tutorials as easy i want.

but i did not find easy to understand, i am looking for somethign like this tutorial which is step by step

So can any body list steps of Migration from VM2 TO vm3? For example

1- Download VM3 from Virtumart site
2- Unzip it
3- Install com_virtuemart.3.0.4.tar on the same site which already have VM2 install using extension mangaer
similary install com_virtuemart.3.0.4_ext_aio.tar

So i want somethign like that , so any help now hope now its clear what i want

It's not at all complicated

check you have all the VM extensions you need

make a clone of your site or at least a reliable tested backup

install VM3 and the AIO from the d/l zip

check site

install VM3 extensions

check site

Yes so I did it till here and stuk at (Upgrade J2.5. to J3.3.6 -> this is normally the difficult one) so how to fix this one because I try and it completely crash the site, hopefully I had an backup?
So how to Upgrade J2.5. to J3.3.6 for the shop j2.6 and vm3.04
