Vm sortable & filterable is there?

Hi sir,
This template looks really great. but sortable and filterable is there? please tell me

Just like "What's New" can be sorted by product creation date, product name, category, manufacturer name, product price & featured product and filtered  by manufacturer name: i have below attached my issue screenshot.. please review
