Product description breaks half the page

Good day,
As the title says, the tabbed descriptions break half of the website

How it is on some products (http://i.imgur.com/s8vgUgW.png)

The website is not created by me, I am only trying to fix it. Does anyone have any idea whats wrong ?
As far as I can see it was caused by an excess /div somewhere, but what puzzles me is why it happens on some pages while not on others.

Core files were modified in places.

because some work and some don't I would assume it is something in the product descriptions

check them as raw html to see if there are any unclosed divs or lists etc

Thank you for steering me in the right description. The problem was that the products lacked descriptions in both languages.
So they have to be not empty in all languages.

+ your VM and Joomla  are very out of date and unsafe

you should be on 2.6.14 - test on a clone/backup first

Vm3 BTW has language fallback so all lang entries aren't nesscesary
