Virtuemart core (com_virtuemart.3.0.2.tar.gz) Installation Error

upon installation of Virtuemart core (com_virtuemart.3.0.2.tar.gz) on Joomla Exntension manager
it comes an error  php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known  please help..

try with that plugin disabled jsgcache (never heard of it)
