virtuemart does not save billing address information

Hi

virtuemart does not save billing address information

when I click save, it is not saved and the fields are put back on White.

and so new users can not purchase at the online store.

joomla installed: 2.5.20
virtuemart installed: 3.0.2 or 2.6.14

PHP 5.3.2, MySQL 5.1.41

tengo instalado joomla 2.5.20 y Virtuemart 3.0.2 y al realizar un pedido en la tienda online, en el momento de introducir los datos de facturación, le doy a guardar pero se ponen los campos en blanco y no guarda nada y por lo tanto no se puede continuar con el proceso de compra. En otra web de pruebas tengo instalado joomla 2.5.20 y Virtuemart 2.6.14 y ocurre exactamente igual.

Tengo un servidor dedicado con PHP 5.3.2, MySQL 5.1.41

Agradeceria cualquier ayuda.
