Ask a question for about the product pb email answer

I use the button "ask a quetsion about the product" I receive the email with the name, the email adress and text from customer, than I want to answer to him but the problem is that I answer to myself because the email is from the email adress of my website, so it is possible to answer directly to the customer email ? How ?

That is fixed in recent VM versions where the reply to address in the email is set to the customer address.
