Object doesn't support property or method "on"

Hi Guys

I need your help urgently please. My site went haywire and when I use development tool I get a error message that says Object doesn't support property or method "on" with this script

window).on('load', function () {
    $('[data-spy="scroll"]').each(function () {
      var $spy = $(this)
      $spy.scrollspy($spy.data())

How and where can I fix it. Please help me. If I dont get it fix i'll loose my job

Scrollspy is not part of VirtueMart. It is a third party plugin, unrelated to VM.

search your install for that js snippet  - and comment out etc to test
