PDF Invoice - showing on header footer and shipping info

I am having problems with the invoice and delivery PDF's. We are using Joomla! 2.5.27 + VirtueMart 2.6.10 + PHP version: 5.4.34. When I create an order it all seems to go though and in the VM 'order list' screen, 'print view' I can see all the order details, but it is not inserting all the details of the order on the invoices or delivery notes?

Any thoughts on what could be causing this issue, it gets as far as producing the, Invoice date, Order Number, Order Date, Order Status, Shipment, then seems to stop at the Payment Method.

Any thoughts why it is not producing the PDF properly? If not how I can turn this function off  so the semi-blank PDF is not sent to the customer?
