Duplicating the Virtuemart demo layout

I would like to duplicate the layout on the VirtueMart Demo eCommerce store found here: http://demo.virtuemart.net/vm-frontpage/store/categories.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I realize I wasn't very specific, I wish to duplicate the category layout here:

http://demo.virtuemart.net/vm-frontpage/store/categories

Where clicking on a category switches to the list of products of that category without loading a new page.
Iv'e looked extensively through the extensions store and cannot find this kind of layout!
