Cart Order Data, after checkout

Hi,
I'm looking for the Order Data wich is send after client confirm.
I would like to add this data to an xml-file and send it to a different email...
I was searchin' in the administrator/components/com_virtuemart/models/orders.php and in the components/com_virtuemart/helpers/cart.php - where can I grab the current orderData - same as in the confirmation email?
