Virtuemart Supporter Membership

Hi
Wasn't aware this was available so thought I would make my contributions for the support I receive. Anyhow, after purchasing this I was given a download with 2 zip files... what are they for? I installed onto a site I need help with and was expecting to see some kind of support component but don't see anything that has changed? How do I go about getting support if and when needed? Is it just through the Ticket system on the VM Extension site?

I also read the different levels of annual membership and that the higher levels are for requesting bugs fixes and new features. This is something I wouldn't be experienced enough to know if it's a bug or what new features I would need yet, but is there a way to upgrade the membership in a few months if I can think of any?

As described on the product page, the download contains:
    Extra modules to make multilanguage with Joomla easier (there will come more).
    Multilanguage vendor module (for legal requirements, Impressum)
    Additional layouts for product views, category views, etc. (For example 'add multiple products')

Support/bug fixes is indeed by ticket.  http://extensions.virtuemart.net/ticket

Yes I read these points and the additional layouts would interest me although I haven't found any documentation on these extras and how to use/see them yet. Perhaps there is a member area for these extras, if not it might be an idea if it's something that isn't default VM.

thank you for supporting us. The file is not updated, I want to wait for the vm3.0.10. the layouts are just in the installer, in the views. There is also the vendor module for easier displaying of the "impressum". Next package will contain a new language module, which makes switching in multilanguage pages better.

If you want to extend to an higher level later, i would just buy another one. When you write a ticket, and enter the ordernumber, we see your order and have also easy access to the history. So if you give us an hint, we treat the two bronze like a silver then.

The higher grades have two purposes.
Some people just want to donate more trusting in future development, others have feature requests. Some features are quite big and have higher development costs, so we can collect money, similar to crowdfunding. The feature requests are done here or by ticket.
