Hello,

I want to creat a multi language Joomla 2.5.24 website with virtuemart 2.6.6.
I added an "Add to Cart" button to an article and the vm cart module... but both buttons (add to cart & show cart) redirect to the home page...
Could you help me?

I already tried some of the things people posted on this forum and other pages i found via google... but nothing worked for me :/

I also use sh404sef... i don't know if that is my problem maybe...

the website is

industrie-40.net

and you find the vm products at "Product Areas -> Special Solutions"

thanks Tobi

1. it is impossible to develop a site with SEF on - switch it ALL off until your dev is finished

2. sh404SEF is totally un-nesscesary anyway - causes so many problems - search this forum for examples

3. Your add to cart form looks completely wrong - in VM 2 it is normally a AJAX call to the add cart function
have a look at the add to cart on say the vm products module

4. your go to cart link is simply wrong - maybe sh404 fault

ad 1) i turned all sef and seo things off and now its working... it's also working when i just turn on the joomla seo funktions... so the problem is sh404sef...

ad 2) so everything that sh404sef can do... joomla is also able to do?

ad 3) yeah i searched a way to get an "add to cart" button in my article and i just found this one working... the form from the vm product module doesn't work in an article :/

ad 4) yes but i don't know why it was a problem :S

thank you so much! now it's working better i think^^

Quotead 2) so everything that sh404sef can do... joomla is also able to do?

yes - sh404 is a massive bloated script from joomla 1.5 days - totally un-nesscesary
