Order doesn't save shopper id

It's happening something very strange in my shop.

Sometimes the order doesn't save the shopper id and the shopper can't see your own orders in the shop.

I need to do it directly in DB to correct.

If the name has no link, that customer did a checkout as a guest (without registration). They can only see their order on your site when clicking the link in the order confirmation email. If you don't wan't this, you must change the configuration so that only registered users can place orders.

The link is the easiest for the customer. But he can access it also without link. The customer just need to enter the order view and enter there the order number and order password.
